To submit your courses for Accreditation & Certification by the Canadian College for Leadership & Management ‘CCLM’, please fill in and submit the below application. Once your application is received, you will receive an invoice for the required fees that you need to pay using a bank transfer. Once payment is confirm, your application will be reviewed.

The form comprises of 5 sections:

  • Section-2: Organization Details
  • Section-3: Training Courses
  • Section-4: Fee Schedule
  • Section-5: Agreement

  • Section-1: Personal Details

    Enter the name and details of the person who will act as a point-of-contact with CCLM.
  • Section-2: Organization Details

    Enter the following details about your organization.
  • Accepted file types: jpg, pdf, gif, png, jpeg, Max. file size: 10 MB.
    Upload a scanned copy of a valid governmental-issued identification to confirm a company registration and its legal status in your country of registration with this application. If upload doesn't work, please send the document to Hello@CCLMCanada.org
  • Section-3: Training Courses

    List down the following details about the training course you intend to get certified. Upon successful processing of the application, you will be required to submit soft-copies (as PDF version) of the training courses.

  • Section-4: Fee Schedule

    Fees are in US Dollars. Upon processing your application, payment will be due. Payment can be made online using a Bank Transfer.

    Fee for certification of a Training Course with training materials in one language for a 3-year cycle
  • Price: $15,000.00
    Fee for training materials in one additional language per 3-year cycle
